Required Settings
... before you can use the clearing platform
To use the platform, a number of settings must be made to your browser and/or computer!
- Use a screen display setting of 1024x768 to view the pages in the best
possible format!
- Deactivate the setting “Automatic password completion” for your own
safety!
- The platform was tested with MS Internet Explorer 8.0 with unrestricted
Internet access. If there are access restrictions to the Internet on the proxy server of the
concerned company, functional disruptions may occur.
- Java must be installed and activated to display the charts and figures.
- The root certificate of the certification body a-sign may be installed here to avoid an error
report when clicking on the page:
http://www.a-trust.at/certs/A-Trust-nQual-01a.crt
Run the file from your current location. Click on “Install certificate”, twice on “Continue”
and then on “Finish”. You now should have installed the root certificate successfully.
