Ownership structure
AGCS is a stock corporation and is owned by companies from the energy industry and industrial
companies as well as banks.
A total of 40% of the share capital is owned by companies that are responsible for the
operation of the grid, with GAS CONNECT AUSTRIA GmbH being the largest shareholder of the group
with 23.13%. The industrial sector is represented by "smart technologies" Management-Beratungs- und
Beteiligungs m.b.H. (20%). The shareholders from the banking sector are Oesterreichische
Kontrollbank Aktiengesellschaft (20 %) and Investkredit Bank AG (20%).
