Balance Group (BG)

Registration of a further balance group (BG) requires less paper work than registration as a balance responsible party. To register as a balance group, the applicant must be a member of a registered balance responsible party.

To register a further balance group, please send us the following documents:

• Form B duly signed with corporate seal
• Current excerpt from Companies Register
• If applicable, a current annual report of the Balance Group Representative
• Projected annual turnover of Balance Group

After the receipt of the documents and examination by AGCS, the data will be entered into the system. The forecasted annual turnover is sent to Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG together with the annual reports in order to calculate the amount of the required collateral.
